About Me

I am the Founder of Mini Dreams and am a mum to a busy toddler boy who is now 3 and have recently had a baby girl - so I truly understand the joys and challenges that come with sleep (or the lack of it!).

My personal journey with sleepless nights together with the overwhelming world of parenting led me to discover just how life-changing healthy sleep habits can be.   My husband and I were really struggling with our little boy, he never slept through the night.  He would wake very upset, numerous times a night and always had to be fed or rocked to sleep.   I spent most of the night in his room awake, rather than sleeping myself.   I spent hours scrolling through internet posts and trying to make changes myself but failed.  We finally reached out to a Sleep Consultant who helped us implement a routine/plan and within weeks, we were all sleeping through the night!

After going through this experience, I really wanted to learn more around infant sleep habits and help other families, so they didn’t have to go on for months struggling as we did. Sleep deprivation really does impact your life, both mentally and physically! BUT you do not need to continue struggling day on day with minimal sleep.  

Now, as a certified Sleep Consultant, I am passionate about helping other families create calm, consistent routines that support better sleep for everyone - babies, toddlers and parents alike.
